With the rise in COVID-19 cases amid the COVID variants, we are adjusting our protocols to continue prioritizing the health and safety of members and stockholders of the company, contractors, consultants and the public by continuing to align with the guidance issued by national and local public health authorities concerning social distancing, greetings, vaccinations, or any other health concerns as arises. During our company’s development and fundraising those persons involved would be directed to work from home and communicate via electronic means including voice phone, text messaging, email, zoom meetings, Slack or other means. We continue to adhere to any local laws that are more restrictive in requiring masks.
